While most devices have been delivered, a few backers have yet to provide their shipping information. If you have not received your UnifyDrive UT2 or have not submitted your shipping details, please do so promptly to ensure timely delivery.
How to Submit or Update Your Shipping Information:
1. Complete or Update Your PledgeBox Survey:
• Check your email for a survey invitation from PledgeBox.
• If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or junk folder.
• Complete the survey by confirming your reward, selecting any desired add-ons, and providing your shipping details.
2. Assistance:
• If you need help, contact us via 'Chat with us' messaging system or at support@unifydrive.com.
Note: Providing your shipping information promptly ensures timely delivery of your UnifyDrive UT2.
