1. Acceptance and Modification of Service Agreement
1.1 This agreement is between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and Unify Data Technology LLC(hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We will strictly adhere to the service terms in this agreement to provide UnifyDrive services. Acceptance of this Agreement is a prerequisite for your use of the "UnifyDrive" service provided by us. If you do not agree with all the terms of this agreement, you may opt out of the "UnifyDrive" products or services.
1.2 When necessary, we have the right to modify this agreement according to changes in laws and regulations and changes in the UnifyDrive service. In the event of any change to the terms of the Agreement, we will inform you and obtain your consent; if you do not agree with the changes, you may opt out of the "UnifyDrive" products or services.
1.3 We provide you with services including but not limited to the following:
(1) UnifyDrive Client directly owned or operated by us, including but not limited to existing or future UnifyDrive Client for PC, tablet, mobile phone, TV, and other terminals;
(2) Other technologies and/or services provided by UnifyDrive, including but not limited to the UnifyDrive website.
1.4 The "UnifyDrive" products and/or services otherwise are not directed at children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected on the Platform from a child, we will delete this information and terminate the child’s account. 1.5 We kindly remind you that the terms of this agreement that may have a significant impact on your rights (potentially) are highlighted in bold for your attention. Please focus on reading them.

2. Service Regulations
2.1 User Registration
2.1.1 You should provide accurate and complete information when registering a UnifyDrive account so that we can contact you when necessary. You acknowledge and agree that you have the obligation to ensure the authenticity and validity of the information you provide and not to illegally use other people's emails, phone numbers, etc.
2.1.2 You acknowledge and promise that the registration information such as your account name, avatar, and profile does not contain illegal or bad information. You should abide by laws and regulations during the account registration process. 2.2 Account Instructions
2.2.1 After you fill in the information as prompted on the registration page, read and agree to this agreement, and complete all registration procedures, or log in to UnifyDrive through other third-party platforms authorized by us, you can obtain a UnifyDrive account and become a UnifyDrive user.
2.2.2 You can log in to your UnifyDrive account with your username, email, phone number, etc., and the password you set.
2.3 Account Management
2.3.1 You should take good care of your account. Otherwise, the resulting legal responsibility shall be borne by you.
2.3.2 The account is only for your personal use, and it is forbidden to transfer, lend, rent, sell your account, or share it with others. Otherwise, we reserve the right to stop providing internet-related services based on the actual situation. When your account is used without authorization, you should notify us immediately; otherwise, unauthorized use will be regarded as your own behavior, and you will bear all the losses and consequences.
2.3.3 If you discover any unauthorized use of your account to log in to UnifyDrive or other situations that may lead to the theft or loss of your account, it is recommended that you immediately notify us. You understand that any action we take on your request requires a reasonable amount of time, and unless we commit a serious fault, we assume no responsibility for the consequences that occurred before we take action.
2.3.4 If your account information is lost, which is not our fault, and you need to retrieve it, you must follow the account reset process published by us to reset the account password. You will bear the corresponding risks and losses caused by delays in processing.
2.4 The Cancellation of Your Account
We provide you with account cancellation rights. You can apply for cancellation online or by sending an email.
2.5 Service Rules
2.5.1 You must comply with relevant laws and regulations while using the UnifyDrive service; do not endanger network security; do not promote terrorism, extremism, or racial discrimination; do not spread violent, obscene, or pornographic information; do not fabricate or spread false information that disrupts economic or social order, and do not infringe upon the reputation, privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights of others. You will bear all adverse consequences if your stored or disseminated content contains the aforementioned information. If it causes adverse consequences for us, you will be responsible for eliminating the impact and compensating us for the resulting losses. If you violate this provision and cause damage to any third party, you should independently bear the responsibility.
2.5.2 You promise not to use our products or services to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, prohibit the use of network vulnerabilities, malicious software, or other illegal means to disrupt our normal business operations, steal or use others' accounts, and prohibit content that infringes on others' legitimate rights and interests.
2.5.3 We do not endorse, recommend, or express opinions on any content and information you disseminate on UnifyDrive, nor do we take any responsibility for any errors, defects, or resulting losses or damages. You are responsible for any risks associated with using such content and information.
2.5.4 Unless otherwise agreed with us, you agree that the service is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

3. User Privacy Rights
We highly respect and protect your personal information and privacy and have specifically drafted a "UnifyDrive Privacy Policy" for this purpose. Please read and understand it carefully, and make the choices you deem appropriate. 4. Use of Cookies
4.1 If you do not refuse to accept cookies, we will set or access cookies on your computer, and all data information will be anonymized so that you can log in or use the UnifyDrive services or features that rely on cookies to provide you with better personalized services.
4.2 You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings; however, if you refuse, you may not be able to use some of UnifyDrive's services or features that rely on cookies.

5. Termination of Services
5.1 Termination by You: You can cancel your account at any time in accordance with the rules we set; after cancellation, you will no longer have access to UnifyDrive services.
5.2 Termination by Us: If you violate the terms of this agreement, we have the right to stop providing you with some or all of the UnifyDrive services.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of UnifyDrive, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or other commercial damages or losses, even if we are aware of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are located. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of our location for resolution.

8. Miscellaneous
8.1 If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
8.2 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of UnifyDrive services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral, written, or electronic, between you and us with respect to UnifyDrive services.
