However, we understand that there may be occasions when a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly. Please review the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility for Refunds
1. Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Condition of the Product:
• Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
• Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized alterations will not be eligible for a refund.
• With original tags and packaging.
• We kindly request that you provide us with a full view picture of the product to ensure the item's condition.
• Please kindly DO NOT discard any of the shipping boxes or packing material.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a refund.
4. Returns are accepted for any reason, but the handling of return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
(1) If the product does not meet your personal needs or expectations:
• Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Please note that this includes cases where the product lacks features we have not claimed to provide.
(2) If there is a product defect or quality issue:
• We will cover all return shipping costs, including shipping for a replacement if applicable.
*Please note, any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and be rejected on delivery to our returns center.
Non-Refundable Items
• Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• Digital Products and Services: Any digital products, software licenses, or services provided by UnifyDrive are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.
Undeliverable and Refused Package
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons such as refusal, invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you will be responsible for the additional handling and shipping fees that might occur.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@unifydrive.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. You need to provide necessary information such as order number, product name, and reason for the return. We kindly request that you provide us with a full view picture of the product to ensure the item's condition.
3. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions.
4. Shipping the Product: Securely package the product and include the RMA number. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Please note that for credit card payment refund, please allow up to one billing cycle for your account to be credited. Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes. It is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. Or if an unusual delay occurs, feel free to contact us for assistance.
