Basic Information

For genuine products officially distributed in supported areas, specifically the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) products (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"), Unify Data Technology LLC. (hereinafter referred to as "Unify Data") provides a limited warranty to the direct purchaser.

Warranty Terms

• This warranty is provided only to authorized dealers of Unify Data and the end users who purchase the product through formal channels such as authorized dealers, retailers, or direct sales from the manufacturer.
• The product warranty period is calculated from the purchase date shown on the customer's invoice or relevant proof of purchase. If such proof cannot be provided, the warranty period will be calculated from the manufacturer's shipment date.
• During the warranty period, if the product fails to operate normally, Unify Data will be responsible for repair or providing the customer with a corresponding product and replacement parts required. All replaced products or parts become the property of Unify Data.
• The user is solely responsible for the data security of their connected devices. Unify Data service centers and authorized repair engineers are not responsible for any damage, loss, or leakage of data on devices powered by the Product, or any losses resulting therefrom.
• For repair services, customers can contact Unify Data through the store, retailer, or dealer from whom they made the purchase.

Warranty Period

• UnifyDrive Intelligent UPS products are covered by a two-year limited warranty for quality issues.

Exceptions

This warranty service will be void immediately under the following circumstances:

• The product's warranty period has expired.
• The product was not purchased through official authorized channels.
• The product has been disassembled by the user (damage to the product warranty seal is considered user disassembly), unauthorized modifications, or has been repaired by unauthorized personnel or entities.
• Malfunction or damage caused by incorrect installation, operation (e.g., not following the user manual), or use in non-standard operating environments (e.g., excessive temperature, excessive humidity, high altitude, unstable voltage or current, excessive neutral-to-ground voltage, etc.).
• Malfunction or damage caused by accident, abuse (including exceeding workload limits), or misuse.
• Malfunction or damage caused by improper storage (e.g., pest damage, liquid ingress, etc.).
• Malfunction or damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (e.g., earthquake, fire, lightning strike, etc.).
• Damage caused by using self-developed or non-publicly released software that leads to product malfunction.
