How to Use the Plug & Backup

Please open the UnifyDrive App > tap on the “Plug&Backup” icon > Enable the Feature > Once enabled, insert your SD, TF, or CFexpress card into the device and press the “Instant Backup” button twice. For detailed steps, please refer to the on-screen instructions within the app interface.

Important Notes 

• Make sure "No Card" is inserted in the CFexpress or SD card slots before starting the process.

• Ensure that the storage card you want to back up falls within the supported size range.

• Enable the Plug & Backup feature in advance and set the correct "Storage Path".

• Do not insert or remove memory cards, power off the device, or unplug it during the backup process.

How to Use the Phone Backup and AI Photo Sorting

Please go to the Homepage > Tap the Photos/Photo Backup> Auto Backup Phone Photos/ Upload Phone Photos. Then you can choose specific albums or allow full backup of all images. Once enabled, the app will automatically upload selected photos to UT2 and organize them for easy access.

With AI Recognition, please go to Photos > Click AI > Settings > Advanced AI Features > Enable AI Engine. Then the AI engine will be downloaded, which may take a few moments to complete. Once active, it will help categorize your photos using smart recognition.

Important Notes

• If the auto-backup feature is enabled, any new photos taken on the phone will be automatically backed up to the UT2.

• When setting up photo backup, be sure to select the albums you want to include — only the selected albums will be backed up.

Please go to the Homepage > Movies > Click "How To Apply For TMDB API Key". You’ll be redirected to the official TMDB website. Follow the steps to create an account and apply for an API key.

Once your key is generated, copy it and return to the UnifyDrive APP. Paste the TMDB API key into the designated field to complete the setup. Then you can start uploading your movie files and enjoy enhanced metadata like posters, titles, and descriptions automatically pulled from TMDB.
